Your holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, the most part is set  by permanent residence for Americans.

A private parking lot belongs to the apartment.

Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available complete in your vacation home.

There are cable TV and free Wi-Fi available. Because of not always reliably working for technical reasons you easily dodge the existing free Ethernet port.

The phone is free of charge throughout the US.

Shopping are clos by, from the supermarket, th Dollar shop up to the hardware store

Various restaurants can be reached just as quickly.

Swimmingpool and tennis court are at your disposal.

The pool is heated in the "cold" season.

The Bonita Barfoot Beach is just few minutes away.  There, they have white sand, plenty of space but also the possibility at “Doc’s Beachhouse” a refreshment to enjoy or to have a meal.  Toilets are available at the beach.

Bonita Springs is very centrally located on the Gulf of Mexico.  Nearby Naples or the stronghold Fort Myers.  The way to the Everglades is not far and also to the beautiful islands of Sanibel/Captiva or Pine Island.
